In Memory of Edward Lee Poh Lin

A spiritual experience
3rd year of COVID19 pandemic

14 Feb 2022... 6am

Above is a screen shot from my phone and below is an embedded post from my PC

After posting the above on FaceBook before mid-night on Sunday, the night before, I was up early at 6am on Monday to do this memorial for an old friend mentioned in my old journal here.

Some time ago, I happened to search online to find a post with information of Edward Lee's son to connect to him I recall by phone. Maybe as I was a total stranger to him, he didn't share enough information for me to know how to follow up with him online or I may have forgotten. Some how, recently I found his Facebook page, made a friend request and he accepted almost immediately!  The top post on his FB was about 'How to simplify your life' by napping or sleeping! I've been always busy every day of the week either physically or mentally that on this last Sunday, I was totally zoomed out but woke up to attend Zoom Church Meeting in the morning, taking less than an hour and went back to bed again!

Born 1st Mar 1949, Departed 20th Dec 2011. This photo was extracted from this blog post which has a tribute to him and information of his political career.

I received another photo from his son to zoom in for clarity for his year of birth as 1949.

Glad I'm able to create this brief memorial for Edward Lee that is added to my special 'In Memory' journal for my departed family members and friends.

Was so grateful to eventually get to meet Simon Lee, the son of our Parliamentarian Edward Lee. We connected together online and I extracted this from his post:

I treated it as a personal revelation to me about the need to rest or sleep more! Throughout the Pandemic that started in early 2020, though everything slowed down but I didn't. As an independent entrepreneur all my life, I always planned things for myself to be a creative and useful person to my family, my friends and of course my clients or customers and even my church.
